A beautiful oolong tea from northern Taiwan. Unlike many other Taiwanese oolong teas, they have chosen to increase the oxidation process to about 70% to produce a sweet, floral, peach note that remains in the taste buds for many hours afterwards. Fairly sweet with a spicy undertone.
